1. Edit Site → open the target page.

2. Add → Embed & Social → Embed HTML.

   

3. Paste the iframe code → Update → drag/resize.

1. Site Dashboard → Settings → Custom Code → + Add.

   

2. Paste the script → name it → choose target pages or All pages.

   

3. Placement = Body – end → Apply → Publish.

1. Home → Pages → open page → + Add Block → Code.

2. Set language = HTML → paste iframe → Apply.

1. Control Panel → Content → open page → Edit.

2. Add Widget → Free Form / Custom HTML → paste iframe.

3. Drag/resize → Save → Publish.

Pop-up bubble (script)

1. Publish → Sites → Settings → Custom Scripts.

2. Paste script into Footer Scripts → Update Site.(For page-only display, paste it inside a Free Form widget at the bottom of that page.)

GoDaddy

Clio lacks global code injection, so you paste the snippet into each page that needs the chat.

Fixed chat panel (iframe)

1. Edit Website → open the page that should host the chat.

2. Hover where the panel belongs → + Add Section → HTML → Add

3. In the Custom Code box, erase the placeholder and paste your <iframe …> snippet.

4. Click Done (or Save), drag/resize the section if needed → Publish.

   
   

Pop-up bubble (script) – per page GoDaddy doesn’t yet provide a site-wide code-injection slot. Paste the bubble script into each page that needs the chat

1. For every target page repeat steps 1-2 above to add an HTML section at the very bottom.

2. Paste the <script …> snippet → Done / Save → Publish.

3. Test in an incognito window—the bubble should sit bottom-right and open your chat.

Quick Troubleshooting

Issue	What to check
Chat doesn’t appear	Did you hit Publish? Test in an incognito window to bypass cache.
Raw code shows in editor	Normal—most builders suppress scripts in edit mode but run them live.
Bubble overlaps other UI	In the script, tweak bottom or right values (e.g., bottom: 120). Re-publish.
Builder strips code	Remove comment tags (<!-- … -->) and paste only the clean snippet.
